Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Provely at provely.dev ("the service"), an Unfussy Labs product. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the service is

Provely on provely.dev is Skill Check: a review aid for AI agent skills. It reads a submitted skill folder or public GitHub skill, performs deterministic structure checks, asks Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 5 for bounded specialist reviews, and runs a separate trigger-routing simulation. It labels anything it has not demonstrated as a suspicion or inference.

A review aid, not a guarantee

This is a review aid. It is not a guarantee. Skill Check reports deterministic folder observations, Sonnet judgements, and what one trigger-routing simulation did. It does not execute your skill, test your production environment, or prove behaviour on every agent platform. Results are not a promise about future behaviour or another model. Do not treat the output as professional advice or as a warranty of any outcome. You remain responsible for how you use submitted content and results.

Accounts

You can use the service anonymously. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are shared with provely.app, our prompt checker: the same sign-in works on both sites, and deleting your account removes it from both. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove an account where use appears abusive or unlawful.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for skills you have the right to submit, and only within the law. You agree not to:

• submit other people's personal or confidential data without a lawful basis;
• use the service to build, refine, or test content intended to harm, deceive, defraud, or harass;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service, its limits, its bot checks, or (while it applies) the closed-testing passcode gate;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the service or its pages by any automated means;
• resell or rebrand the service, or pass it off as your own.

We may apply rate limits, decline requests, or withdraw access where use appears abusive or unlawful.

Your content and results

You own the skill content you submit and the results the service produces for you. You must have the right to submit that material, including repository content. We do not claim ownership of it. We process it as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not sell submitted content, and we do not use it to train our own models.

A review is private by default. It is shown to you, and, if you are signed in, saved to your own history. It stays private unless you choose to add the reviewed skill to the public skill library, described below.

The public skill library

When a review finishes, we offer to add the reviewed skill to a public skill library we are building. This is opt-in. It is off unless you turn it on, and we ask once per review. Nothing is stored for the library unless you turn it on and confirm.

If you opt in, you keep ownership of your skill. You give us a licence to store and host it, and to show it once it is published. Once a skill is published, you also give the people who browse the library a licence to use and download it. The licence covers only what the library needs to work, and nothing more.

By opting in you confirm that:

• you have the right to submit the skill and to license it in this way;
• it contains no secrets, no confidential material, and nothing that infringes anyone else's rights.

We store your opt-in as pending. Nothing you submit is shown to anyone else at that point. A submission becomes visible to other people only if we review it and publish it. The public browse and download library is a feature we are still building. Once it exists, a published skill can be viewed, used, and downloaded by other people. The Privacy Notice lists exactly what we store when you opt in.

You can withdraw a submitted skill at any time by emailing us at unfussylabs@gmail.com, and we will remove it. We may also decline, reject, or remove any submission.

Rewards

From time to time we may feature and reward the most popular and sharpest skills in the library. This is at our discretion. We do not promise that any skill will be selected, featured, or rewarded, and we do not promise any particular reward. If you are signed in when you opt in, we can link the submission to your account so a reward can reach you. If you opt in without an account, the submission is not linked to you, so we would have no way to send you a reward.

Donations and the community pool

Provely is free to use. If you would like to support it, you can make a voluntary donation through Ko-fi. Ko-fi and Stripe handle the payment; we do not process it ourselves and we never see your card details.

A donation does not buy you, or anyone, extra usage, and it is not a purchase of a service from us. It goes into a shared community pool, and when the pool covers a month's model costs, usage limits rise for everyone, not only for people who gave. Because a donation is a gift to that pool rather than a purchase tied to your account, we treat donations as non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at unfussylabs@gmail.com; we will do what we reasonably can, though we cannot promise a refund once funds have gone toward the pool.

The service as provided

We offer the service as it is and as it is available. The service is presently in closed testing behind a passcode; access needs a current passcode plus an email recorded on a tester roster, as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features described as coming may change or may not ship. Daily limits, capacity, and pricing may change.

Pricing, today and possibly later

Provely is free today, and we intend to keep it that way. Running real reviews on the model costs money, and right now the makers and the community pool cover that cost.

If running costs rise significantly, we may in future introduce an optional paid tier for people who want much higher usage limits, alongside a free tier that stays available. Nothing like this exists yet, nothing is being charged today, and this is a possibility we are noting honestly, not a promise or a dated plan. If it ever happens, we will update this page and give notice before any charge applies to anyone.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Unfussy Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any decision you make based on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
